Visitor information

Visitors can use the inside parking lots. For access please report to the intercom at the barrier. We are located on the sixth floor of the left-most of the three towers, recognizable by its turquoise colored roof.

For new investments we prefer to receive a business plan or information memorandum from the company prior to a first meeting. You will find more information about this procedure under Investment proposal. Completing our Quickscan gives you an initial idea of whether we match as company and investor.

  • You have indicated that the company is active in one of the following sectors: transportation and logistics, catering, retail or crafts. These sectors fall outside of our field of interest. Thank you for expressing an interest in PMH Investments. We wish you good business.
  • We are interested in companies in the idea, plan and start-up stages once the company has a proven business model with potential for further scaling (scale-up). We are also interested if the activities of the company fit with or are an addition to one or more companies currently in our portfolio (see Portfolio ). Since you have indicated that none of the above applies to the company, the investment proposition (currently) falls outside of our investment focus.   • For the initial investment, we apply an upper limit of EUR 2.500.000 with some flexibility upwards. The total level of investment can become substantially higher during our shareholdership through subsequent investments. Since you have indicated that the initial capital requirement of the company is substantially higher than EUR 2.500.000 the proposition falls outside of our investment scope.   • Both majority and minority interests in the company can be discussed, with a substantial minority interest being our minimum requirement.
