Investment proposal
We are continuously looking for companies that we can strengthen. For new investments we prefer to receive a business plan or information memorandum from the company prior to a first meeting. Preferably, this document addresses a number of topics that we are interested in:
- Customer proposition (products and/or services)
- Customers (existing and prospective)
- Current market, market developments and future perspective
- Competition
- Distinctive capabilities compared to the competition
- Company and track record
- Team and existing shareholder(s)
- Business model
- Financial overview and forecasts
- Capital requirement and desired added value besides capital
Don’t let the business plan be a hindrance for approaching us. We view a business plan as a subject of discussion, something that is shaped and clarified further through a number of meetings. Therefore, we do not expect a first draft to be perfect or entirely complete. It goes without saying that we treat all received information confidentially and do not distribute information to third parties without prior permission.
