Durk van der Meer is the director and co-founder of PMH Investments. Prior to co-founding PMH, Durk worked as Risk Manager at Rabobank International’s equity investment bank for over five years. Under the name of Rabo Securities, this subsidiary was active in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, delistings, share trading and analysis of publicly listed companies. Durk was responsible there for identifying and analyzing market, credit and other financial risks within the investing and management processes. He also had an advisory responsibility towards various layers of management. Since the start of PMH, Durk has been responsible for investments in and expansion of various growth companies as well as turnarounds. Durk holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Groningen. He also holds a postdoctoral VBA investment management degree as registered investment analyst (RBA) and financial analyst (EFFAS).
At PMH Investments, Durk is actively involved in the various portfolio companies. He is responsible for portfolio management, investment management, and the selection, acquisition and assessment of new investment opportunities.
